The R marking first appeared in 1904 and continued in use throughout Honduras through 1928...a total of 24 years. It is the most common registration marking in Classic Honduras. It was also basically unchanged except for some font edits in Puerto Castilla in its last year of use.
Tegus discontinued its use after only eight years but it remained very popular elsewhere in the country.
