Honduran Counterfeits
Honduran stamp collecting is different and exciting! Many Honduran stamps are plentiful and inexpensive. On the one hand there are many embezzled fakes and counterfeits and few people who know the difference. On the other hand you can look for the rare counterfeits sold falsely as genuine at very low prices by those not in the know.
Then again, there is a long history of counterfeit postal markings in Honduras. Until the arrival of Durón most were foreign creations.
